To open your word document file, make sure you follow these steps to open your file if you have closed it:
Now open the file so you can work on it: Click on the Windows File Explorer icon

Now click Downloads on the left

Double Click your file that you just named on the right hand side. (it should be something like JoeSmithper3BLUE-HollandCode
you will be clicking back and forth between your word document, and the questions below, and the page with your job information, to answer the questions.
